During the LSS...

Woohoo.. im back from LSS. wow time flies so fast........3 days jz passby lidat....Hmm so nw im going 2 share abt the stuffs goin on these few days. =)

LSS DAY ONE

Well the 1st talk was abt God's Love.

The aunty frm Emmaus Community Centre showed us a video lol. It was kinda scary at first
Its a lion kisses and hugs its rescuer... It shows how much love this lion had 4 his rescuer.

Then she shared a story abt the strong friendship between a century-year old tortoise

and a baby hippo named Owen.

A giant tortoise and an orphaned baby hippo who forged an unusual friendship after tsunami in southeast Asia are the stars of a new Web site so fans can follow their progress.Mzee,a 130-year-old Aldabran tortoise, became a surrogate parent and inseparable friend to hippo Owen who was washed out to sea off the coast of Kenya, rescued by villagers and taken to a wildlife centre where the tortoise live.

After it was swept and lost its mother, the hippo was traumatized. It had to look for something to be a surrogate mother. Fortunately, it landed on the tortoise and established a strong bond.

They swim, eat and sleep together! The hippo follows the tortoise exactly the way it follows its mother. If somebody approaches the tortoise, the hippo becomes aggressive, as if protecting its biological mother.

The above stories tells us that our hearts are made by God to have DESIRE for ...

We all search 4 love, we all yearn 4 love, we all need love....That longing is put in2 our hearts by
God.

We'll hav 2 love our family, friends, neighbours, spouse, boyfriends girlfriends, even strangers. But............Our hearts will be restless until we rest in Him our Lord...=)

Aunty showed us another touching video clip which moved me to tears...T_T

After a while, we ended the talk with a prayer and headed 4 supper..

**KFC and hot milo for supper ....** ^^

^^ Then we made our bed and had some pillow talk among girls...haha.

We cnt reli sleep at the 1st nite as we're all excited and so 'high' haha. Sharon, Karen and i talked for hours, and finally sound asleep at around 3am....cool.....But the nxt day we all wokeup with panda bear black patches =X

LSS DAY TWO

We all wokeup at 6am the nxt morning with lazy bones. Haha.

After that we went down for breakfast. =)

** Fried noodles, sandwiches, an egg, one cup of hot milo and one cup of nutritious soya milk.

After breakfast, we went 2 the AVA room again and had praise and worship lead by Emmaus teens.


The talk coming up is abt God's Plan 4 us.... Aunty showed us a video again.
Its abt a deaf girl who wanted 2 play the violin but failed to do so coz she can't hear a thing.

But at last she had some encouragement and succeeded. It was God's plan 4 her.

MUST WATCH..

Haha its kinda extraordinary rite...With her hair flying abt lidat =PP

God's plan 4 us is 2 prosper us, gives us the best. God has a plan for each and everyone of us, and we've 2 discover it and carry it out. Live life 2 the fullest. =)

After dinner, we had praise and worship~~

We had inner healing after tat. But somehow i did nt cry as much as last year's LSS..

Was kinda disappointed when i din feel any effect. Hmmm.

But its a good thing too tho. Cos Jesus edi took away my pain my hurts last year. =)

.....And well, some time ago i lose a friend whom i treasured alot. I hurt that friend first and when i ask for recovery, that friend of mine rejected and from that day onwards we never ever contact each other. =(

Even when i give that friend birthday presents, i NEVER receive a simple 'thank you'...

So by that, i knew i won't be given a 2nd chance 2 cherish our friendship anymore.

I was quite hurt badly that time..... And during the inner healing, i ask Jesus 2 heal my wounds and i ask for a 2nd chance. Somehow someday we'd meet again and forgive each other. =)

I reli missed my friend......................

Ok change topic. =) So after that, we went 2 bed...

Some of them sleep early and some continue with their 'girls' talk ' =P

After breakfast, karen sharon and i went 2 the fencing which connect the church and Father Chin's hze 2 play with Father's pet dogs... They're so so adorable~~~~~~!!!!!

I guess nobody sleep well the night before,thats why some of them slept during the talk =PP
